As I said my name is Joe and I’m from Clondalkin in Dublin. I still live in Clondalkin with my other half Linda and my two daughters Demi and Ariya and my staffie dog Mylo. Way back in the day I started out my career as a bricklayer and now I am a successful property investor and Ireland’s No. 1 business mentor for the construction sector.

 

In my mentorship business I provide support and mentorship to tradesmen and construction company owners. I have over 200 clients from all over Ireland and these guys are making more money from their business thanks to my training and mentorship. In the property business I specialise in buying houses all around west Dublin and rent them to tenants on HAP or to the council. My current portfolio is valued at approx. €22 million and I am pushing for growth here all the time.
