Usually I buy residential property to rent out on a long term basis. All of my properties are in Dublin mostly around Clondalkin, Tallaght, Ballyfermot and Finglas. We normally buy 2 bed and 3 bed houses and rent them to people via the HAP system, I have been investing in property since I was 18 years old but it is only in the last few years that I have became a full time investor. My aim is to become the biggest private landlord in the country.
